I have windows server 2003 Standard edition, and whenever i play games, the screen will go back to the desktop, completely shutting down the game. I have installed nvidia graphics drivers for winxp/2000. My video card is a Geforce fx 5200.

I have said above, not designed to run games, you might want to look at getting XP (home or Pro) for the games. |

Or 98 if you don't have XP or 2000 Pro. I'm sure if you checked around (including ebay) you could find a copy of 98 dirt cheap. |

Thank you for all of your help, but i have figured out what the problem was. I overclocked my CPU, and that is apparently what was causing all of my problems with running games.N/A |

When you install server 2003 by default it lowers your hardware acceleration, set it to full (right click on desktop>Properties>Settings>Advanced>Troubleshoot) Run DirectX diagnosis to make sure grx/sound are ok (start>run 'dxdiag') |
