Spam mailsConfiguration:
All of sudden, I have started getting spam mails. I do not know the reason. Can some one tell me some common reasons ? Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP Professional

Some one has recieved your email id.
You are at a higher risk of receiving spam if you post your e-mail address on a Web site, in chat forums or in any Internet discussion groups.
