| shortcuts don't work | Configuration: |

Most of the my xp desktop shortcuts don\\\'t work anymore. I installed Norton Antivirus and Spy Sweeper installed took several runs to clean up. I still have problems. Should I format the disk and start all over? If so, how should I do it correctly so that the problem won\\\'t come back. Thanks
