Win98SE CD and Booting ProblemConfiguration:
I own a Win98SE OEM CD and made a copy of it but it wont boot up a computer though the original will. I have succesfuly made a copy of my XP-PRO cd and that one will boot a computer.
When i try to run the copy of Win98 in my cdrom drive to test it it starts up but i then get a message saying "please insert your windows 98 cd". I'm no pc guru but i am stumped.

Additional Comments:
thanks in advance.
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XPPROF v2002
CPU/Processor : AMD Duron 1.19 MHz
RAM : Actual:256 MB
Partition Details : 2 partitions
CD Drive : Phillips 24 X

I have a working computer with windows x/p on it. Can I create a startup disk to get my 98 2nd. edition working? How can I get ahold of a boot disk for windows98 2nd. edition? It says can't find SYS INI and I can't use a mouse. Got in with F8 it also won't recognize my password anymore. gsimons0001@hotmail.com
