Hmm..have a slight problem here...I am using microsoft word 2000 and when I insert some symbols from the equation editor it does nt appear as it is and even when it appears as the one i want...when it is printed out, the symbols looks different...wat is the prob then? can someone help me..could it be tat the saved word file is word 97 and i use word 2000?

If it is because the saved word file is word 97 and you use word 2000, try copying the original file and then pasting it into a new, blank word 2000 file, add symbols, print it, and see if it straightens it out. If it doesn't, thats not the problem.

It does't help oso..i can copy the doc to Wordpad and it shows the correct symbol but when i print it out....it gives me some weird symbol again

I am using Microsoft Word 2000 and the top toolbars and menus have disappeared. I have tried everything to bring back the toolbars, I've done the Alt+V and nothing comes up to view, I've tried right clicking on everything on that page, I've Alt, Ctr, and Shift every Function key, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Word and still the same screen comes up with no toolbars, do you know of anything else I can do?

My Paste doesn't paste, my start button's find files/folders won't work and I can't open WORD and my computer won't ever shut down. I have to do that terrible thing like unplug it! Yikes! Please help |

i have been only able to open my files in wordpad. somehow wordpad has been deleted from my computer. how do i get it back or find it? or how do i change my folder options to open mail in a different way? please help soon i need help for my job at home. |
