Whenever i hit restart in anyway, examples:
Ctrl + Alt + del(x2), Start>Shutdown,Restart
Windows will freeze before splash screen. How can i fix this, Ive cleaned my comp, i did scandisk, i cleared my startup list in msconfig, and i clear my recent files and history. I have my computer setup at maximum managment and preformance, the only thing is it takes so darn long to restart or it wont restart at all...
