When shutting down blue screen w/ "OE:0028:FF0D06E8" error. Any correct suggestions? Thanks.

I had an OE error just a couple of days ago and I did a search. I didn't find what my error was, but I did run across this site that has some information as to what class these errors might fall in.
I thought I would post this because of the information here, for some of us who don't have a clue about these errors, hoping this might help us understand about them a little better. http://helpdesk.oneonta.edu/resnet/training/win_errors.htm#lookup

Hi,I have just found your web site and wondered if you could tel me what this error is all about,I have installed Nero 6 and a jetway tv card,when the two are installed i get this error,but only when im making a DVD on nero from some old VHS tapes it happens; if I take Jetway software out and remove the card it works ok, please help.
