| Internet goes very slow | Configuration: |
i have a frend who is having problems with his internet, he installed his isp on a new computer, and now it is going REALLY slow, it takes about 2 minutes to load up a page and is basically unusuable
any ideas?

I am running Windows 98 and a few days ago had "EVEREST HOME EDITION" scan my computer for information on it. RESULTS: No CPU L2 cache found, SSE not supported, Modem requires st least 128mb, slow processor. Please help. lovemytimmys@hotmail.com.
