I just received a lexmark 5200 as a christmas gift(brand new). I did everything the cd rom explains. After it transfers files and installs them, when it comes to the last step (detecting your computer),the box closes and the display on the printer reads"computer not connected". All plugs are intact, just having a problem trying to get the pc to detect the printer.
