| Protection Error #34 | Configuration: |

When I start my computer I get a pop up that says Protection Error #34. When I click it it goes away. but when I try to open Internet explorer I get a blank white page sometimes.

test for spywares using SpyBot Search and Destroy and remove them |

This error occurs when infected with spyware and adware. Have you scanned your system and cleaned it of spyware? Download of Spybot Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware, and HijackThis. You can search for and download each of these programs at www.download.com. Be sure and check for updates before scanning with Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. After you have cleaned your system with both of those programs, I would scan your system with HijackThis and then paste a copy of it's log file into the web page http://hijackthis.de/en and then let it analyze the log file for you. Afterwards, re-scan your system with HijackThis again and delete the recommended entries. You should probably repeat the process a second time to make sure that all spyware/adware actually was deleted. |
