SMTPSVC event id 4000Configuration:
I'm getting a event id 4000 error:
Message delivery to the remote domain 'ctilidar.com' failed for the following reason: The remote server did not respond to a connection attempt.
Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?
Operating System : Windows 2000 Server
CPU/Processor : 2.4/512
RAM : 2.4/512
