Slow Network ActivityConfiguration:
We have got an NT 4 Primary Domain controller with a couple of Win 2000 Servers as member servers.
We observed that in the last 10-14 days, logging in from any of the Win2000 client or Win2K Server has become terribly slow that it can no longer be tolerated. All the Win2000 Servers and clients are configured to apply new updates from microsoft sites automatically.
Another issue is that users can no longer changer their passwords from any Win "K system on expiration where as their counterparts on the NT have no difficulties.
Any help will be appreciated.

As it only relates to file transfer. When I ping I get fast response times.
