I really need help. My computer that already had Microsoft 2000 downloaded was infected with a virus, so we hooked up the old computer so the infected once could be fixed. The problem is, I put all the Microsoft Cd's into a case and now I don't have the CD Key...I'd really appreciate it if someone told me... |

I have Microsoft Word 2000 and it started freezing up for some reason.
I re-installed the software but it still freezes up.
What should I do?

Bought a Dell desktop with Win ME preloaded a couple of years ago.
Installed XP on it last year.
Then I reformated my hard drive.
I re-loaded my factory copy of Word 2000.
It loaded fine, except- it asked me for a product key code. I cannot find it anywhere. Im thinking that a guy who was working on my computer one time tore it off of the box, and kept it.
How can I recover this Key Code? |

Hi!
Every time I try to open Ms Word 2000,it freezes.Even though I have reinstalled the software several times but, could not fix the problem.
