Outlook 2003 to 2000 Calendar CompaConfiguration:
We are a small company of 10 people and we use Microsoft Outlook's Calender to schedule meetings and appointments. 5 people have Outlook 2003 and the others have Outlook 2000. When a person using Outlook 2000 schedules a meeting and sends it to all, everybody gets it and is readable (including 2003 versions). But when someone using Outlook 2003 schedules a meeting and sends it to all the others, only the ones with 2003 version can read it and the others (with 2000) will get the message in a non readable format (calls itself MIME-Version: 1.0 with many other error messages).
I searched for a patch or something on Microsoft's site, but in vain! Can anybody suggest a solution for this. Thanks.

I found the solution. For someone who might find it useful, here it is. Those using Outlook 2003 "Uncheck the Reminder" box before sending appointments from their Calendar out to all, 2000 users as well.
