| HP Image Zone won't open | Configuration: |

This program used to work, then one day, after a power failure, Win XP performed CHKDSK and found errors on some HP file, and after this, whenever I open this program, there's some message like "...exception error..." I already uninstalled and reinstalled all HP drivers, but as of now, everything works but this program.

Hard-Boiled, just a SWAG, what would happen if you removed ALL the H-P stuff (do they provide an uninstaller in their folder?) and then do the disk maintenance again and THEN reinstall H-P? Maybe FDISK simply blocked access to the required goodie???HTH.Ed in Texas. |
