I am still having problems getting the task menu bar to appear. I deleted all the old profiles via safe mode, as i was tols they were corrupted but know when i start up the machine, all i get is a blank black screen. I can still get into the pc via safe mode only.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP/2000/NT

My first guess would be to make sure its not on the top, right or left side.
Try this site.. http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/taskbarplus!.htm
