Help! how to delete a directory?Configuration:
hi,
i have a problem. i'm using windows xp pro on my C-drive. how can i delete the directory D:\system volume information with its subdirectories
i downloaded sp2 from http://www.softpedia.com and tried to install it. it didn't work because of some missing files. never mind. the only thing it did, it installed that directory on D:\system volume information. the D-drive is normally empty, because i kept it free for a second OS. so, how can i get rid of this.
i tried to format my d-drive in windows and in dos. it didn't work.

many thanks for your help.
