I have a few files from the net and they are .art files
i tried to convert to jpg with xn view without any luck
can they be converted to view in xp ?

Use ACDSee or Internet Explorer to open these files.
After opening in IE, right-click it and save as a bitmap file, or in ACDSee, as any format you choose. |

Does saving an .art file as a bitmap alter or degrade the quality of the graphics? |

Gays,it worked only on one .art image the others coldn't be saved as .bitmap file. |

Bitmap files do not have extension .bitmap , instead it is .bmp . Got it? |
