ran adaware and found lots. Deleted it. ran Freedom virus scan and adware scan. found nothing. rebooted and internet is still running slow.futurist |

What is the Total size of your hard disk drive and how much is free.Open My Computer>Right click your Local Primary HDD [ExC:] and click Properties and read the Colored Pye diagramDo you do Disk cleanup, Disk Defragmentation etc on a regular basis , if not do that.What type of ISP you have Dialup or Broad band? What is the general opinion about your ISP in case you don't intend to post the name for any reason?M |

You did not tell us what type of Internet access you haveDid you run MS Antispyware and Spybot S& D to be sure there are no Spyware causing the problem or just ran Adaware alone?M |

Try Installing FireFox as your browser.Consider running CWShredder to see if your IE has been hijacked and the Critters not detected by other Antivirus Programs..Sorry.. Other than the above, I have no new suggestions.M |

I installed FireFox and it works ok, but Internet Explorer is still running slowly. I tries Adaware, and some antiviruses. |
