Scrolling is screwyConfiguration:
I have just recently had to format my harddrive and have re-installed my XP OS(a Dell system)...everything seems to be ok except for when I use my mouse(or even scroll bar)to scroll down(or up) a page...I have attempted to change the number of lines the wheel moves them but really to no avail...I just cannot get my scrolling to be like it was before formatting my system...even when I open up my history bar and attempt to enlargen it by grabbibg the side of the bar, it moves the bar in a slow, jerky, motion...does anybody have any suggestions? Operating System : Windows XP
CPU/Processor : Intel Pentium 4
RAM : 512

Try cleaning the mouse. If the problem still persists, tell me.
