Problems Viewing VideosConfiguration:
I recently, for the first time, took four videos with my Kodak EasyShare CX7530 digital camera, along with pictures in the same setting. I've had no trouble transferring the photos, but cannot view the videos on my computer after transfer. I am running Windows 2000, Firefox & Earthlink DSL. I've downloaded the most current Kodak EasyShare & QuickTime software, but to no avail. The video will play for 1-2 seconds, then I get "easyshare.exe [or quicktime.exe] has generated errors and will be closed by Windows." I downloaded RealPlayer and got a realplayere.exe error as well. Kodak suggests I have missing Windows 2000 files, but I did a chkdsk and it found nothing. Any suggestions? Operating System : Windows 2000
CPU/Processor : AMD Duron

Try Video Lan player first off. If it doesn't work, then you do have some files either missing or not installed correctly

You may also want to try re installing the Kodak software. First you would need to un- install the first one.
