How do I enable AFP connections on a 2003 server?

I am trying to allow Macintosh OS 9.2.2 computers to connect to the 2003 server

Install Services for Mac on Windows server and let the Macs access the servers using their native file- and print-sharing protocols (AppleTalk and AFP).
You can also have the Macs connect using the Windows SMB/CIFS protocol. |
