computer making funny noises when opening programsConfiguration:
Hi my computer is making funny noises opening programs, through the speakers.
its a bit like someone talking in reverse.
i will do my best to spell how it sounds (eeesukata).

Mouse : microsoft optical mouse 2
Keyboard : microsoft card reader

Printer : N/A

Additional Comments : installing water cooling soon

Hmmm..
Open Control Panel. Double click on 'Sounds and Audio Devices'.
In the 'sound' tab, select the sound scheme as 'No Sounds'. Click OK/Apply Changes.
