When I went into the 'file' menu and clicked 'open' and brought up the scanned document (form), all that appeard in Word was Egyptian gobblegook and some random letters. How come? (The form (doc)was o.k. in the sending folder). Operating System : Microsoft XP5.1(Home)
CPU/Processor : Intel(R)Celeron(r) 2600 MHz
RAM : Actual:1024 MB Max:1024 MB
