Toshiba M200 Tablet XP errorConfiguration:
I have the Toshiba M200 convertible laptop/tablet. Essentially, upon startup I receive an error that tapbutt.exe was not able to load properly. I have just noticed this recently, and simulatneously many of my applications have begun failing. Onenot, Windows Journal, Image viewer and the onscreen keyboard for tablet mode have all failed. I'm wondering if this has to do with windows updates for XP. I have the tablet edition of XP and I think that running the update may have either erased or edited some of the requird files for this OS. Does this make sense, if so what are my options. Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP Tablet edition

try uninstalling the updates.
did you uninstall/ install any applications recently?
try running windows installer over your existing installation. dont let it format the disk. all should be fine
