hi i upgraded my winamp player and real player yesterday and it gave me lan problems with my cable modem i called my provider and then he instructed me to enable my lan in the Internet properties section of windows xp
i then did that and i had to restart my system. when i did i got a message about my lan controller being corrupted and it cant boot now all it does is get to a black screen with a cursor and thats it.
