I have a Toshiba convertible tablet/laptop. I've been having trouble with many programs in windows due to tapbutt.exe on startup. I'm thinking this is caused by a windows update for XP that isn't fully compatible with my XP Tablet edition OS. Is this true, if so how do I fix it. If not what are other thoughts

I do not know how or why my Toshiba laptop went into Safe Mode and returns there after rebooting. I haven't a clue how to get it out of it. It is clear...no shadows or dots.

My Toshiba laptop just locks up and the mouse is frozen. I may be away from the computer a few minutes or a few seconds. I have to reboot, and it works for short time and then the same phenomena occurs. It still powered on -- but appears to be in sleep mode???? HELP!

My Satellite 1150, is driving me nuts. No matter how I program it, the screen goes into hibernation, in a matter of seconds. I'm using it, in conjunction with a GPS receiver, and corresponding software, in my RV, on long trips. I didn't have this problem, last year. Can you help?
