A drive not accessibleConfiguration:
Windows 98 O/S. I use a Flashpath from SanDisk to download my camera's smart media card pics to the computer. It was working fine. The next time (a few minutes later) I went to access another picture I got the message: A: is not accessible. The device is not ready. I went to the Flashpath site and went through all their suggestions, i.e. format the disk in camera, reinsert it, etc. No luck. Also, the disk itself has not been corrupted since it still works fine in the camera and I can plug the camera into the computer and download that way but it takes so much longer. This is the second Flashpath this has happened to. The first time I wrote it off to the Flashpath(old age) but this is a new one. Is my computer doing something to these? Operating System : microsoft windows 98
CPU/Processor : intel pentium 233 MHz
Monitor : kds 17"
CD Drive : lx 52 X
Mouse : packard bell
Keyboard : packard bell

At some point in time I could no longer access any floppy 3 1/2" disks. It says A:\ is not accessible. No ID address mark was found on the floppy disk.
