| Floppy Disc problems | Configuration: |

I have information already stored on a Floppy Disc. Whenever I try to open the disc I get a message the disc needs to be formatted. If I format the disc, it states I will lose all the info stored on it. Is there some program or something I can do to get around this problem?

try using the disc on some other machine/floppy drive. if you get the same error, the floppy disk has got corrupted/ damaged.
if it works on the other drive then, using a floppy drive cleaner disk first in the faulty drive to clean it, then use your floppy disc. |
