I can not receive any new emails. The same old ones appear over and over. I have deleted and erased everything possible. The message shows error # Ox800CCCOF. Can this be cleared up from your end? Phone # (650)967-1658.
Your email answer won't come through unless uyou can fix this. I'm a senior citizen and not too geeky. Thanks, Elinor Westphal
