can\'t open email attachments Operating System : Microsoft Windows ME
CPU/Processor : Emachines

i have a pop3 email and i get recieve emails. i don't know if my norton anti-virus is blocking them..or what..but can you plese help.

Do this
1 Click on the tools menu in the top menu bar
2.Click on the options submenu
3.Click on the security tab
4.Uncheck the 'Do Not allow attachments to be opened or saved.....'
checkbox
4.click apply

This should solve your problem

I have 11 messages in my inbox and I can't read them or get rid of them what can I do?

Outlook Express terminates connection,also duplicating messages and cannot delete messages. can you help me with this please

cant open some attached files saying they may have a virus but,not true and having trouble with encrypted email dont know how to decode

cant receve emails from people i know but get junk mail. ps. i used my user name& password.you said my user name & password was wrong. NOT SO. what is wrong with peoplepc? i am getting real tired of this crap from peoplepc.

I only use Outlook express occasionally and when I do I get a unexpectedly terminated the connection message , the reason they give is because of inactiveity why should this be

Is there any way that I can recover lost Folders/Files that have been deleted and are no longer in the recycle bin.

i am getting duplicate and triplicate emails. I delete them and i get more sent to me of the same emails.

whnever i try to send or receive mail i get the error host server not found and when i configure frm other place it works fine why is this so plzzz help

I am using a broadband connection provided by my company - not BT - so I changed from "anytime" to pay-as-you-go but mow cannnot send emails unless I dial in using "pay-as-you-go". Is there a way of linking to th BT sites to send email so that repleis will go to thwse original email addresses

me and my wife use the same outlook express to send and receive emails.We use a highspeed cable connection.We usually switch to out personal Outlook Express account when we want to check our mails. Now, my wife can send and receive her mail through Outlook Express but I'm unable to do so.Plz help me out as soon as possible..!!

all my outgoing email pictures are received in letters,symbols etc.but my letters are fine.

when I receive an email that includes a web address, I have to copy and paste the address to get there. Why can't I click on underlined web address and get there?
