| delete mails option is grayed... ??? | Configuration: |

I can delete mails in Inbox. But for a mail in other folders, delete option is grayed. How to enable this option ?

what are those folders? which mailbox are they inside. and are they inside the inbox folder or at the same level.
also, what is the account type, is it a pop3 or imap or exchange server??? |
