I am using windows 98....I am unable to open any attachments. When I right click the attachment and then click open, a page comes up that says the attachement has no virus and the only 2 options available to me are download and cancel. When I click download (which I really don't want to do anyway) it doesn't down load and only brings me back to my hotmail screen. Any ideas??

uninstall the latest service packs you installed recently or move to a newer operating system like windows xp/2000 |
