ORA-12203: unable to connect to destinationConfiguration:
i fail to connect oracle form run at Windows ME to database on XP. I have configure the tnsnames.ora file. But if client is on XP, connection will success. I found this in listener.txt inside log folder on server:

when client windows ME try to connect:

(CONNECT_DATA=(CID=(PROGRAM=)(HOST=)(USER=TN))(COMMAND=services)(ARGUMENTS=64)(SERVICE=oracle)(VERSION=153092352)) * services * 0

when client XP try to connect:

(CONNECT_DATA=(SID=oracle)(CID=(PROGRAM=C:\\\\oracle\\\\oradev\\\\bin\\\\ifrun60.EXE)(HOST=CCSERVER1)(USER=NN))) * (ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=10.1.1.183)(PORT=1062)) * establish * oracle * 0

Is that give info to me to show why connection fail? Does anyone help?
