I tried severel times to install Oracle 8i (NT version) in Windows XP but I failed with the error message like "ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error".
For information, I uninstalled Oracle files before doiing re-installation of Oracle 8i.
Can anyone solve this problem for me?Any suggestions? Please help me out.
