| oracle error ora-12203 | Configuration: |
thru oracle 9i forms, I m getting connectivity to oracle 9.2 unicode database. But get an error frm-10095 assertion .... another problem is thru oracle 8.1.7 client I m unable to connect to oracle 9.2 unicode databas
Additional Comments:
already confirmed that tnsnames.ora is ok. it is working from different client but not from my client.

CPU/Processor : pentium 4
RAM : 512
Motherboard : intel
Hard Disk : 20gb

I installed SQL8+ in my Win XP Pro.
Configuration:
Xp Professional Version 2002, SP-1
Intel pentium 11 processor,
399MHz,
256 MB of Ram.
****
Problem:
I used username: system
password:manager
Host String: I kept this blank
then OK.
But I could not enter the SQL page.
Error showing: Error ORA-12203.
Please tell me how can I use SQL8+ page to create my own user Id, Password and create Tables or so on.
I will be highly grateful to you if you help me regarding this.

when i started oracle
then after submition of the username and passwoed
the error message is "ORA-12203"

I have both my DB on Unix Server. I created two different SID's. One is getting connected via D2k and other is not. Although both are getting connected via Oracle client. Please tell me how? |
