My built in cd rom/dvd drive is recognized as being ther but will not read anything, my external cd rom/dvd (sony) is not detected.
Additional Comments:
I recently had a new hard drive installed due to failure of old one. System restore was run by Geek Squad. The cd drives have run on and off.
