To control monitor through My ProgramConfiguration:
I like to know how to shutdown monitor through my custom made program. It should work like this :

I am writing a program to control PC from Network, All that I want is how to Switch on and off my Network (Client) monitor through my program in server.

Additional Comments:
I like to have the code if possible or suggestions of any site, links, books etc.

I am trying this through VB and Java, any other programming language will also do good
Operating System : Microsoft Windows 98
CPU/Processor : Intel Pentium 233 MHz
RAM : Actual:64 MB Max:32 MB
Motherboard : 2MHz
Hard Disk : Segate, Space: 4 GB, RPM:6000
Partition Details : c,d
PCI Slots : Total: 4 Free: 2
Monitor : Microtek 14"
Video RAM : 32 MB
Sound Card : 32 Bit
CD Drive : 32 X
