USB PRINTER PROBLEMConfiguration:
Just purchased a New Canon Laser MFP. Have attempted to install said printer numerous times with no success. Bought and installed new USB 2.0 card, have installed & re-installed all drivers. Computer recognizes printer, but when I try to print I get a "CYCLIC REDUNDANCY CHECK" error message. Spoke with Canon Tech, was told it is a computer proble. Had a Lexmark printer attached, and had no issues. Attached the printer to other computer at work, and it performed flawlessly.
Said computer is DIMENSION 2100, WITH WIN98 SE.
Thanks,
Mark
Operating System : Windows 98SE
