CD-ROM is not opening normallyConfiguration:
Whenever i press the CD-ROM eject button to put CD, harddrive light[red] is running and running.. and then i will beat with some fingers not hardly on the CD-ROM tray and then i press the button to eject. SOmetime s it works to open the tray open. Why this happening. Suppose when the CD is already in the CD-ROM drive, that time i press the button to eject to put another CD, it works to open.
Why this sometimes it works and not working when empty in CD drive

The problem is in your CD Drive. Disk eject motor is not functioning properly or something is causing the tray to remain jammed inside until you tap the drive.

Get the drive repaired.
