System stoped working after making changes in the biosConfiguration:
I have a system with configuration Intel P3, 450 MHZ, memory 64 MB, slot processor. System was slow. I went to BIOS setup and made following changes:
1. Increased the frequency of CPU to 700 MHZ by changing the clock frequency from 100.6 MHZ to 155 MHZ.

2. Changed the setting for working in "high performance mode"

3. In the " Graphics settings" Changed the graphics memory usage from 64 MB to 32 MB. And also changed one more setting for graphics.

After that system did not comeup. For solving I pulled out the bios battery(cell) and put it back. Still the problem is there. What could be the problem and how do I solve it ?
Operating System : Microsoft windows 98
CPU/Processor : pentium III 450 MHz
RAM : 64 MB
