perhaps is floppy is corrupted / damaged/ try inserting a new floppy. if the problem persists, try using a floppy drive cleaner to chalk out the dust. |

How do I get info off a disc that was corrupted apparently by my taking it out of the drive too soon? I believe the info is on there. |

when i try to open my disc, it tells me firt to insert the disk which is already there. then it says that the parameters of the disk are incorrect, and won't let me open anything. help please... |

I know it takes 1-2 minutes for it to load but if I wait ten or more minutes after inserting it...I think something is wrong!!!!It is not an empty disc, it has information on it!!! |

When attempting to load microsoft backup after installing new floppy drive, get following message. "The current nedia does not contain any back up sets." The restore window also says catolog empty for selected device? Can anyone help? |

I have been using an IBM formatted disc to save work using Microsoft Word. Suddenly, an error message states that disc is not formatted or formatted to Macintosh or that I have to see Administrator to access disc. How do I retrieve my information?!! |

I can't read anything on my disc. Error message says Disc is not formatted and it cannot be formatted. Could it be corrupted and is there anyway I can retrieve info saved on there? |
