D-Link DI-624 rev.CConfiguration:
FTP-server access problems:

The DI-624 runs firmware ver. 2.50 - and has ben set up with ext port 2000 and internal port 21.
Also the firewall has been opened for outgoing traffic on port 20.

BUT... although users can connect to the server - they don´t get any listings.. (and no info at all)...
I have been running other routers with the same setup without problems, but it doesn´t work on the DI-624.
In short - I would like to run an FTP-server on external port 2002 ---> connecting to the internal servers port 21.
Several friendly comments on the net says \"its running at my place\"... but no one seems to be able to tell me what I am doing wrong.

ps: I am running Serv-U ftp software on the server. (but has tried almost all other ftp-servers availiable)
Heeeeeeeeelp :o)

you have two conflicting port numbers mentioned.at one place you are saying port # 2000 and at other u are trying to access port # 2002.

Sorry, mistype... if course its external port 2000 ---> to internal port 21 - BUT, in all its a general question of high external port ---> low internal port, so the exact portnumbers I mention are just the numbers I have been using.
