If I shut my computer down totally then turn it back on my Sony HMD A 400 monitor will go off about 15-20 times. This happens each time I click on any program to start it. I was told I probably needed a new video card so installed a new GeForce4 MX4000 card today and still have the same problem. Any ideas to help me?
