I want to format my flash disk type LG 128MBConfiguration:
flash disk LG 128MB.
(M-DISK) 128 MB .
The mode of booting from BIOS\\\'s-FDD ZIP .
- Plug and play.
- Driver installation not required (except on Win 98) .
- At least 10 years date retention of stored information .
- Read and write over a thousand times .
- Supports data resolve, reliability of data storage enhanced .
- Built in E-mail software.
The mode of booting is from BIOS\\\'s-FDD ZIP .

- Write protection function
- USB standard interface
- Storage media: Flash Memory

Dear Sir, Yesterday I bought a 128 MB LG flash Disk. After copying some files and directories for the first time to the drive I was not able to read some of them. Now I can not even copy files to flash disk . I tried to format it but windows format is unable to do it \"windows can\'t format this device\" and the message while formating was \"you have RAW files systems in your device\". Kindly let me know how can I format the flash disk properly?

I recently bought an LG 128MB flash disk. I had saved some files and folders onto it, but the next day, i was not able to see them. How can i format the disk. Please help.

my 128MB-B (sn: 200407) 166731 flash disk reports that it is not formated and windows reports that it failed to complete the format.

Following is the solution to all your problems:-

Goto Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management. Under Disk Management, your flash drive will be showing.
Put a new partition on it and format it as FAT.

I bought a Kingston 256 Mo and after copying 70 Mo of MP3 into it, i disconnect it normally. Now, WIN XP knows its presence and the drive letter is shown in the explorer but the disk is not accessible (No media inside). I want to know how can I build a new partition and format it?

did you create multiple partitions etc or your partition doesn't cover the whole disk?

Goto Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management. Under Disk Management, your flash drive will be showing, see if the partition is 100% or small part of available space, if small resize the partition.

are you sure you didn't the drive by mistake with that of your friend etc ;)

My Flash Disk shown at explore as Removable Disk but I can't see my file, And at Computer Management show removable no media.. How to fix my Problem?
