| CD ROM and CD RW cannot see CD's | Configuration: |
After an aborted download of SP3 (could not find my disk at the time) my cd rw and my cd rom will not see cd's. The system sees the drives, there is not any visible problems that I can see. My Computer sees the drives, but when I put a CD in the drive, the light just blinks, and I get a pop-up saying "Please insert CD".
Can someone help?

cd rom will not open or play cd's. when I click on the cd drive under my computer, a window opens saying " insert cd". Any ideas what going on? |
