I just purchased a used lapto from Judy Lee in KY. Upon opening this laptop I got a message to log in, I have tried everything to enter a genaric password. The user name is D600. I have tried to go into the safe mode and enter control,alt and delete according to Microsoft this is to unlock this unit,failure. No matter what I do I can not gt into this computer in order to enter my own password and user name. Please I am looking for a solution for I need to load my business so that I can get operational.
