When I try to burn a disc (dvd or cd)using a variety of burning programmes, the disc burns but then shows up as a blank disc. I can physically see the burn on the disc but the computer does not recognise anything on it.
I am running an OEM pre-installed version of XP home sp2.I do not have any driver discs and cannot find an updated driver on-line. On trying to update the DVD firmware it comes back and tells me it cannot find the target. Can anyone offer any help?
