laptop keyboard problemConfiguration:
I have a Toshiba Satellite 2180 CDT. My problem is that when I press the m key the letters jm appear or when I type k then kz appears. This does not happen with all the keys. The only number key that has a problem is the 8. When typed 8q appears. Any suggestions? Operating System : Microsoft Windows XP

If you haven't shutdown/rebooted since quite sometime then shutdown the system for 4-5 minutes. Make sure all power sources are switched off.

If not, you will need a techinician to repair it.
