monitor, or comp. problem?Configuration:
I have a problem (maybe with motherboard, or AGP slot???) getting the monitor to work. The monitor works on other computers, and other monitors DONT work on that computer. I thought maybe the graphics card/video card was bad, so I got a new one....still nothing. Any ideas???

Additional Comments:
Its not my computer, but a friend told me of the problems, so i said Id look at it. He said he didn't know of and storm that may have damaged the computer (it wasn't connected to a surge protector), but thought maybe somthing happened in the move from Virginia to kentucky...
Operating System : windows xp
CPU/Processor : Pentium 4 1.6 MHz
PCI Slots : Total: 4 Free: 2
Monitor : dell
Video Card : nvidea gfroce 5200 (AGP)
Video RAM : 256 MB
Additional Comments : old video card (that i thought somehow went bad) was 16 mb ATI radeon Ultra
